Food poisoning.

Hey guys,
So I’ve had food poisoning for the last few days so my brain isn’t really working properly at the moment, so this post is going to be short and probably really crappy.

The other day mum fainted and hit her head in the bathroom resulting in her having to go to hospital to get stitches and recover. We think she had food poisoning and got dehydrated to the point of fainting. It was really scary though because for some reason mum faints with her eyes open and we all thought she was dead.

She was in hospital for two nights, on the day she was getting out we were catching a bus to Siem Reap which is a six hour trip on bumpy roads. That was the morning it all went to hell for Ben and I. I woke up at 5:00am feeling really bloated and uncomfortable and I just could get to sleep. About an hour later I got up to go to the toilet and ended up vomiting all over the floor and since dad was keeping a close eye on us ever since mum got sick I called him and he came running in. But the morning just got more difficult after that because now everyone was wide awake and Ben was next to throw up. So after me throwing up again and Ben and I just resting for the morning, mum came home from the hospital and we all had to pack and then wait for the bus.

After the six hours of hell was up (bus ride in cramped dusty and bumpy conditions) we got to the accommodation and slept, everyone was tired and felt sick.

The next day though, Seb threw up at 1am but we still got on with our day. We went to see some of the amazing temples here – we saw three of them and then watched the sunset over the last one.  We had a tuk tuk driver as our guide and although non of us felt 100% we still enjoyed the views and tried to have a good time.

I am still feeling pretty shitty right now though and we have to catch a plane to Thailand tonight, I’m hoping I feel better by then.

That’s all for now guys, talk next week, Bye!
